General Information

What is Disability Friendly and how does it work?

Disability Friendly is a service offered by a significantly disabled person to see how your business premises actually works in real life.

Who conducts the accessibility assessments?

Assessments are carried out by a disabled person who will view and assess your environment from a disabled persons perspective.

What makes your service different from traditional audits?

Traditional audits will check for legality, compliance and equality. Our audits will look at things from a real-world, real user point of view.

What does a typical accessibility assessment include?

Our assessments include a site visit, and a written report. This can also include photography, short videos and aerial photography if agreed.

How long does an assessment take?

All of our assessments are bespoke, and timing is dependant on the size and nature of the business and what services are requested.

The data gathered is then taken away and a report is written. This typically takes a few days and will be emailed to you.

How do I book an assessment?

Use our contact page to get in touch and we can then discuss requirements.
