We provide a completely bespoke and tailored assessment of your business premises, this is carried out as an agreed scheduled visit.

The assessment is carried out from a usability point of view and is not intended to replace any statutory regulations.

Working with you we would be shown around your premises and observations taken. We can also record the visit from the disabled persons point of view using both photo and video if you are agreeable. Photographs and videography would only be used in the report which would be sent to you.

Neither the report or any recorded media would be used or disclosed elsewhere unless we had your prior written consent and agreement.

What we offer?

  • In person assessment of your premises by a person with a significant disability

  • A report detailing observations

  • Photographs *

  • Short videos *

  • Aerial footage from a drone (if agreed, permitted, safe and conditions suitable) *

* Optional additional services

What does the report include?

This is a difficult question to answer in detail because one size does not fit all. Each assessment would be completely unique based on the environment but could include areas for instance.

  • Parking

  • Building access

  • Outdoor areas

  • Navigating the building

  • Communal areas

  • Hotel rooms

  • Accessible bathrooms

  • etc….

What about the recommendations?

You do not have to follow any of the recommendations.

We do not provide any services to implement any recommendations

Some recommendations may be so simple to achieve and actually have no financial cost, the simple fact of highlighting them at least makes you aware.

It is hoped that the recommendations provided will help enhance your business by providing an improved experience for less abled visitors.

What may seem small and trivial to you could have a big positive impact on someone else.
